Hiring IT Helpdesk Salary : - QAR 6500 Duty hrs: - 9 hrs/ 6 days Duration: - 5 months Proven experience as a help desk technician Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, installing scanners, printers and other computer peripherals. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues Proficiency in English and Arabic language will be advantage. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and subnets. Excellent communication skills Locally available candidates in Qatar with freelance visa only apply. Key Responsibilities: •Serve as the first contact with Employees who need technical assistance viathe phone or email. •Responsible of installing operating system for workstations / laptops / Mac devices and making sure all necessary drivers and applications are installed. •Responsible of installing Office applications and any other applicationsrequired by the organization •Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques •Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or softwareissues. •installing scanners, printers and other computer peripherals •Provide quick resolution and excellent customer service#J-18808-Ljbffr
