Chief Financial Officer CFO Exp: Must have 8 years of similar role experience Requirement: - Develop and implement the financial strategy aligned with company goals. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. - Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation. - Produce accurate, timely financial reports and statements in compliance with IFRS. - Liaise with auditors, regulators, banks, and key stakeholders. - Evaluate investment opportunities and lead M&A or financing initiatives. - Establish internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks. - Lead and mentor the finance team (accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, budgeting, etc.).
