We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialistto develop, implement, and oversee digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and excellent client-facing skills to present campaign plans, tackle challenges, and drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels. Optimize campaigns for performance, engagement, and ROI using data-driven insights. Ensure seamless campaign execution, from planning to monitoring and reporting. Client Interaction & Presentation: Present digital marketing strategies and reports to clients in a clear, persuasive manner.Handle client queries, provide expert recommendations, and manage expectations.Build strong client relationships, ensuring alignment between marketing goals and business objectives.Performance Optimization & Analytics: Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to track performance.Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies for enhanced results.Content & Brand Positioning: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and digital assets.Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor strategies.Identify new opportunities for digital growth and innovation.Requirements: 5+ years of experiencein digital marketing, preferably in an agency or performance marketing role. Expertise in Google Ads, Dv360, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Linked In Ads, X (formerly Twitter) Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and programmatic advertising. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools. Proven experience inclient presentations, pitching strategies, and managing stakeholder expectations. Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: Experience ine-commerce, automotive, retail, or hospitalityindustries. Knowledge of CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.).
