Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description About the position We are seeking a motivated, creative Arabic-speaking copywriter responsible for marketing communication and content creation, including English-to-Arabic tasks. Responsibilities Create engaging copy for advertising materials such as creatives, sales emails, landing pages, product descriptions, video scripts, social media ads, and website content. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product features, benefits, and target audiences, producing targeted and effective content. Use persuasive writing to highlight key selling points, address objections, and encourage audience engagement and action. Research target audiences, customer needs, and conduct competitor analysis to understand industry and market trends. Coordinate with the design team to ensure copy aligns with visual elements and brand messaging. Edit and proofread copy for accuracy, clarity, and consistency following brand guidelines. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in advertising and copywriting. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the MENA region, preferably in an agency setting (creative, digital marketing, etc.). Strong understanding of marketing strategies and ability to tailor content to target audiences. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Qatari Arabic. Additional Offer Details Long-term contract with QIC, including a 3-month probation period. Remote work with a diverse team of digital nomads from over 20 countries. Full-time schedule: Sunday to Thursday, GMT+3. Vacation policy aligned with Qatar holidays, including 20 workdays of vacation and 10 sick days. Salary subject to review during regular performance evaluations.
