What You’ll Do: Lead the wine program with expertise, ensuring the selection reflects LPM’s French-Mediterranean identity. Curate and update the wine list, introducing rare finds and cult classics that inspire and delight. Train and guide the team on wine knowledge and service standards. Elevate the guest experience through storytelling, pairing recommendations, and genuine hospitality. Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay ahead of trends in the wine world. Ensure responsible stock management, inventory, and compliance. What We’re Looking For: A seasoned sommelier with WSET Level 3 or equivalent (advanced qualifications are a plus). At least 2 years of experience in a Head or Senior Sommelier role within a high-end or fine dining environment. Excellent knowledge of old and new world wines, with a natural flair for guest interaction. A collaborative spirit – someone who leads with humility and inspires through passion.
