AI Product Manager Doha, QATAR (Onsite) Experience: 6+ Years We are seeking an experienced AI Product Manager with a solid background in the banking domain to lead and manage AI-driven products and solutions. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, ensuring they align with the bank's strategic objectives, drive business value, and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI technologies, product management, and a strong understanding of the banking sector's regulatory landscape. Key Responsibilities: ? Lead the ideation, development, and launch of AI-based products and solutions within the banking domain. ? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI engineers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, marketing, and business stakeholders, to define product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategies. ? Define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business goals in the banking sector. ? Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape to shape the product strategy and drive innovation in AI-based solutions. ? Ensure that AI products are developed in compliance with relevant banking regulations, data privacy laws, and ethical standards. ? Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch, including product performance analysis and continuous improvement. ? Monitor AI product performance, collect user feedback, and drive improvements based on data-driven insights and business priorities. ? Act as the main point of contact for AI product initiatives within the bank, ensuring alignment and clear communication across all departments. ? Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product positioning, messaging, and customer outreach strategies. ? Work closely with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure that AI products meet regulatory requirements in areas such as data security, fairness, and transparency. ? Drive adoption and usage of AI products, ensuring they deliver measurable value to the bank and its customers. Key Requirements: ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. ? Proven experience (6+ years) in AI product management or product management in the technology sector, with a focus on the banking or financial services industry. ? Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven products, and how they can be applied in the banking sector (e.g., fraud detection, risk management, customer personalization). ? Experience with agile product management methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira). ? Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and services, with a focus on how AI can improve efficiency, customer experience, and compliance. ? Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to AI in banking (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, financial regulations). ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross- functional teams and influence stakeholders. ? Proven track record of successfully launching AI or technology products from ideation to post-launch optimization. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable product decisions. ?
