Unleashing Talent Location: On-site – Qatar Experience Required: 8+ years Industry: Telecommunications / Networking / IT Services We are looking for a Customer Delivery Engineering Technical Leaderto join our team in Qatar. This role involves leading large-scale customer delivery engagements, supporting complex escalations, and acting as a key technical authority in networking and solution architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead customer delivery engagements and provide escalation support for complex, large-scale technical solutions. Drive customer technology transitions, influence solution architectures, and lead services adoption. Build customer simulations to resolve and validate complex technical issues and compatibility challenges. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to communicate the value of services and solutions. Mentor and develop other engineers, contributing to their growth and skill enhancement. Create and share technical collateral and intellectual property, including scripts, tools, and documentation. Interact with Engineering to troubleshoot, document, and resolve complex technical issues, and escalate as needed. Translate business requirements into effective solution designs, including presales support when required. Continuously develop expertise in core and adjacent technical domains. Role-Specific Contributions Contribute in the following key areas: Innovation and engineering engagement Act as a custodian of team culture and knowledge sharing. Interface with customers, internal teams, engineering stakeholders, and senior leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent). Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in networking, systems integration, or technical delivery roles. Deep technical expertise across a broad range of Cisco technologies and enterprise networking solutions. Strong troubleshooting, solution design, and customer engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop technical teams. Additional Requirements Strong communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Relevant technical certifications (Cisco, etc.) are highly preferred.
