Job Summary The primary responsibility of the job holder is to manage seamless day-to-day Operational Services related to checking all activities concerning Account Services by following SOP and SLA. All activities under Account Services should be processed efficiently without errors, providing full support to Retail Business. Responsibilities include guiding and training staff, supporting product launches, initiating process improvements, reducing TAT, automations within the area of expertise, monitoring and clearing queues by completing approvals without carry forwards, and ensuring controls are in place for satisfactory audit ratings. Key Accountabilities Manage the account services unit, ensuring compliance with SOPs and effective interaction with branches as per business requirements. Review maker-checker controls monthly. Supervise processes such as account openings, debit cards, cheque books, and signature scans, ensuring correct authorization and timely processing. Ensure controls are in place and followed strictly, adhering to SOPs, CMPs, SLAs, and TATs. Maintain awareness of compliance rules and regulations, adhere to policies like Clean Desk and Desktop Policy. Address operational losses or misconduct with warning letters or incident reports affecting KPIs. Complete all E-Learning courses as per HR guidelines. Other Accountabilities Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of ETE processes, excellent communication skills in English, creativity, problem-solving, accountability, negotiation, conflict management, planning, strategic development, team development, persuasion, and decision-making. Key Interactions & Competencies Effective communication, interpersonal skills, listening skills, teamwork. Skills Stakeholder interaction, working under pressure, accuracy, attention to detail, Arabic speaking preferred. Education & Seniority Mid-Senior level, Full-time employment.
