Ensure a high level of professional rapport is developed and maintained with all customers. Follow up on all customer inquiries and direct customers to the correct DHL department for further information. Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism, considering that all DHL customers have an express requirement and seek immediate action. Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments, DHL network, products, and services to provide accurate information on pricing, transit times, clearance delays, customs paperwork, packing, accounting, and sales queries confidently. Process all shipments accepted at the counter accurately and enter relevant data to ensure perfect airwaybills, thereby offering DHL’s most suitable service to the customer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
