We are looking for a TAS – Digital Tech Leadfor one of our clients with the following details: Location: Doha, onshore Start Date: ASAPEnd Date: 31-Dec-2025Work status: Single, residential Qualification and Experience Required: Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in same or similar roles: Tech Lead, Full-stack software developer, backend developer, Dev Ops engineer.Master of Science degree on computer science, data science, or information systems management.Azure Certifications are mandatory.Experience with following frameworks and technologies: Azure Paa S, Angular, React, Django, Kubernetes, Github, Python, Ci/CD Dev Ops, Docker, Ansible, Terraform.Experience on Projects using Industry Data Platforms (such as OSDU or Cognite Date Fusion) is a plus.Experience in Oil and Gas industry is a plus.Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and ITIL certifications are optional.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities, ability to work independently.Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.Fluent in English as a business language.Activities: Core Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing technical guidance.Define and communicate the technical vision, roadmap, and standards for the projects.Design and architect the software systems, ensuring that it meets the functional and non-functional requirements.Coordinate various technical disciplines that are supporting the Project development: data, information security, cloud, network.Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the software system, ensuring that it follows the best practices and adheres to the quality standards.Collaborate with other stakeholders such as product owners, project managers, business analysts, and customers, to understand the business needs.Manage the technical risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them when necessary.Review and approve the code, documentation, and artifacts produced by the teams.Monitor and evaluate the performance, scalability, and reliability of the software system, and propose improvements and optimizations.Conduct research and analysis on new technologies and frameworks, and recommend solutions that can enhance the projects.Coordination and Collaboration Ensure ad-hoc coordination between business, IS, and technological partners.Enable the development team to work efficiently.Apply an agile mindset and practices to ensure the team delivers value early and frequently.Help others understand how the team works and how they should interact with it.Facilitate various meetings, ensuring equal contribution from each team member.Act as the team's motivator-leader and proactively recognize and help remove any obstacles.If Interested Kindly apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
