Description
Set up the station completely with theappropriate utensils and equipment, as per company guidelines to maintain thehigh standard control, hygiene, health and safety. Prepare and serve high quality Sandwich / shawarmafollowing approved standard recipe and presentation. Ensure that Sandwich/ shawarma portion andtemperature are as of high-quality standard. Monitor food stock on assigned station includingthe freshness of food and discard out-of-date items. Maintain the sanitation of workstation alwaysassigned. To ensure that all equipment and materials arenot left in dangerous state. To ensure all HSE rules & procedures arefollowed, and hazards/near miss and accidents are properly reported. To raise HSE/Hazard awareness by activelyparticipating in all HSE meetings. Daily Supply requisitions. To ensure proper grooming and hygiene. To sort out stores and maintain stores including,vegetable freezers and dry stores in a neat and orderly manner. To sort out/dispose the garbage after each shift.#J-18808-Ljbffr
