We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar, for a : Responsibilities Ensure alignment with corporate strategy, safety, and regulatory compliance.Comply with HSE policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service with a responsible environmental attitude.Drive safety, quality, and productivity within Asset Integrity Assessment and Asset Life Extension programs, from preparation to close-out, including continuous improvements and lessons learned via audits.Manage multidisciplinary teams and third-party contractors.Perform audit quality checks.Coordinate with teams across departments (onshore and offshore) to ensure performance and strategy alignment.Manage interfaces with relevant parties effectively.Support the line manager on technical issues.Ensure compliance with client and international standards (IEC, IEEE, API, ISO 55000, ASHRAE).Manage projects diligently, ensuring compliance with NOC standards, HSE, and quality, acting as NOC Focal Point.Identify signals of performance issues, review practices, gaps, and develop improvement plans.Assist project lead with contractual and project control topics.Mentor and coach project team members to meet standards.Ensure clear understanding of deliverables, follow-up on progress, and prepare close-out reports.Review contractors’ quality, HSE, and execution plans, assessing monthly performance.Develop and monitor performance recovery projects to meet goals.Ensure project safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence.Drive cost control, monitor increased costs, and report to management with solutions.Reinforce client strategies, standards, and procedures with contractors and offshore workforce.Participate in meetings with a confident understanding of project aspects.Perform other duties as assigned.Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.10–15 years of experience in oil & gas operations, with at least 5 years in asset integrity project management.Experience working in multicultural and technical environments.PMP or equivalent certification.Experience with CMMS (SAP PM), Power BI, and integrity management tools.Proficiency in electrical software, Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills in English.What We Offer Long-term contract, attractive daily rate, insurance, transportation, and expatriate standard accommodation.Location Doha, Qatar Experience Required Minimum 10 years.Authorizations Fit to work.Languages English (Professional working proficiency).Additional Information SPIE promotes diversity.
