Job Title Auto CAD Technical Designer Job Description ob Summary: ASB Trading and Contracting is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Designer with strong expertise in Auto CAD, aluminum fabrication, steel structures, and fa ade systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical drawings, preparing detailed work orders, and coordinating with project engineers and site teams to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for aluminum, glass, cladding, and steel structures using Auto CAD and related software. Prepare fabrication and installation drawings as per project specifications and industry standards. Translate architectural and structural drawings into detailed work orders for production and site execution. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and within budget. Perform clash detection and resolve discrepancies between architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. Maintain design documentation and ensure drawings are updated according to revisions and project changes. Conduct regular technical checks and quality reviews of all outputs. Support the preparation of material take-offs and bill of quantities (BOQ).
