Super Park - Doha is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Sales & Reservations Specialist to manage our online booking systems, support ticketing operations, and drive digital sales growth. This role ensures a seamless customer experience from online reservation to park entry, while supporting backend operations and sales reporting. Information Desired Skills & Experience Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain the online booking and ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and availability. Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, group bookings, and promotions through digital channels. Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing sales and attendance reports. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement online offers and events. Identify opportunities to improve the digital booking journey and streamline customer processes. Resolve booking issues and provide prompt, professional support to customers. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, Management Information Systems or related field. 3+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or booking / reservation systems (hospitality or recreation preferred). Familiarity with CRM platforms, POS systems, and online payment gateways. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer service mindset.
