Job Description - Health and Fitness Coach (HOT0BN1G) Job Number: HOT0BN1G Work Location: Curio Doha Aleph Residence West Bay Doha 500200 A Health and Fitness Coach is responsible for assisting and advising on exercise technique, overall health, and diet to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. What will I be doing? As a Health and Fitness Coach, you will assist and advise on exercise technique, overall health, and diet. You will also support personal training needs. Your responsibilities include: Encouraging members and guests to stay motivated for fitness by building relationships and providing guidance on exercise, health, and diet Conducting inductions for new members and guests Advising on specific training needs and promoting personal training sessions when appropriate Carrying out extracurricular fitness classes Following emergency procedures when necessary Ensuring all users adhere to safe gym practices and safety regulations What are we looking for? Ideal candidates will maintain a professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness. Requirements include: Personal training qualification or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Knowledge of current health and fitness approaches Preferred qualifications and skills include: First aid and CPR certification Relevant, current qualifications Professional and helpful demeanor Ability to motivate others Previous experience in a similar role What is it like working for Hilton?
