️Must Be Available in Qatar to Join Immediately️ ️Must have minimum 5 years experience in L&D in a corporate company️ ___________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Lead thedesign, delivery, and evaluationof Learning & Development programs aligned with business needs. Develop and managecompetency frameworks ,learning paths , andcareer development plans . Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement effectivelearning systemsand solutions. Manage theperformance managementcycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Driveemployee engagementby designing and executing an annual survey, analyzing feedback, and implementing strategic actions. Overseerewards and recognitioninitiatives to foster a culture of appreciation. Maintain up-to-datejob descriptionsfor all positions aligned with the organizational structure. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in L&D, Talent Management, or HR Development. Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills. Experience in designing performance and engagement frameworks. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development (L&D), training, or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
