Key Result Areas: Support the Programming Manager and Women’s Services Manager in all aspects of program and service design, delivery, and evaluation. Contribute to the development of programs, services, and impact strategy frameworks. Act as the first point of contact for inquiries about programs and services, liaising with instructors and students. Develop and deliver new online and in-person programs, along with evaluation reports. Create the yearly programming calendar and collaborate with the Programming Specialist to gather relevant data. Organize and execute annual women’s retreats. Develop curricula frameworks for priority themes in consultation with experts. Coordinate with the Communications team to ensure timely and comprehensive dissemination of program and service information. Contribute to CCEC events, initiatives, and publications to promote program information. Build relationships with colleagues, stakeholders in EC, the broader community, and other institutions interested in Islam and women. Work with the Events Team to ensure smooth program and service delivery. Research women’s religious programming and services locally and internationally, identifying gaps and growth opportunities. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Islamic Studies, Psychology, or related fields, with 2-5 years of relevant full-time experience; at least three years in administrative and program support roles. Experience in program design, development, and evaluation within an educational institution. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Proactive, independent work approach. Proficiency with digital and social media tools; competent in Microsoft Office applications. Experience in customer-facing environments, adept at handling complaints and setbacks professionally. Understanding of the Muslim education sector and its public outreach aspects. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with enthusiasm for facilitating the Center’s growth. Strong writing skills for drafting and editing reports and communications; proficiency in Arabic is required.
