With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are seeking a Revenue Manager with experience in luxury and lifestyle hotels to join our team in Doha. Located near many of the favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel features 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, along with a variety of unique dining options. Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls. Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies. Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors. Conduct competitive and demand analysis. Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests. Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills. Prioritize tasks effectively with strong time management skills. Implement hotel inventory distribution strategies independently; maintain accurate rates and inventory in IDS/GDS/CRO and property PMS to promote rate parity across booking channels. Develop short and long-term revenue forecasts upon request from the Regional Director of Revenue Management. Load all preferred, consortia, and promotional rates in GDS and PMS. Troubleshoot and resolve GDS rate loading issues promptly. Analyze and assess the effectiveness of the hotel's marketing across electronic distribution channels. Participate in and prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets using PMS, Delphi, Redx, IDea S, and other forecasting tools. Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all statistical reports, including financial statements. Maintain all revenue management systems, including Opera/Fidelio/Protel, Redx/Synxis/IDea S, electronic channels, GDS, and Delphi. Support the NSA at the property level in monthly audits to ensure effective use of Delphi and IDea S systems. Attend weekly sales meetings to communicate strategies and discuss periods of need. Manage all aspects of rate and inventory management as per service contracts. Lead the Revenue & Reservations team, providing guidance on best practices across revenue management, PMS/CRS, external yield systems, and third-party channels. Prepare training materials, schedules, and conduct systems training for team members. Qualifications and Skills Needed Excellent analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry distribution landscape. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. 2-4 years of successful revenue management experience at an international 5-star hotel brand. Experience in hotel revenue management is essential. Strong leadership qualities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Capacity to multitask efficiently.
