Join our extraordinary world!Distinguished design, superlative style, warm and genuine service make this Luxury & Lifestyle Collection truly unique and special.With the strategic rapid growth of our luxury brands in Qatar at IHG Hotels and Resorts, we are looking for a Revenue Manager with luxury and lifestyle hotel experience to join our team in Doha.Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options.Your Day to Day Manage and maintain group and transient inventory controls.Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies.Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors.Conduct competitive and demand analysis.Maintain distribution channel data integrity.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well with co-workers and the public.Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.Implement appropriate hotel inventory distribution strategies; maintain accurate rates and inventory in the IDS/GDS/CRO and property PMS to promote rate parity across booking channels.Develop hotel forecasts for near and long-term revenue upon request from the Regional Director of Revenue Management.Load preferred, consortia, and promotional rates in GDS and PMS.Troubleshoot and resolve GDS rate loading issues.Analyze marketing effectiveness across electronic distribution channels.Participate in and prepare rolling forecasts and annual budgets using PMS, Delphi, Redx, IDea S, and Rev Tools.Ensure accuracy of all reports, including financial statements.Maintain revenue management systems such as Opera, Fidelio, Protel, Redx, Synxis, IDea S, GDS, and Delphi.Support the monthly audit process to ensure effective system utilization.Attend weekly sales meetings to communicate strategies and upcoming needs.Manage all aspects of rate and inventory management as per contractual obligations.Lead the Revenue & Reservations team, providing guidance on best practices.Prepare training materials and schedules for team development.What We Need From You Excellent analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of the travel industry distribution landscape.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.2-4 years of successful revenue management experience at a 5-star international hotel brand.Strong leadership qualities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to multitask effectively.What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Join the global IHG family, where teamwork, trust, and support are core values.
