Automotive Projects Lead

Job Responsibilities Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.Develop and maintain project progress updates covering facilities, system upgrades, system changes (SAP & Poaxia), new system implementations (BP Quotation systems), and new facility plans.Monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.Lead projects to determine the impact on the service business, plan operational impacts for all areas affecting operations, including training, resource management, system implementation, scheduling, work scope, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget to meet project requirements.Establish and maintain project return on investment monitoring and ensure it remains aligned with ROA objectives.Skills Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.Strong communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Project Management expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
