Engineering / Technical Manager Qatar Mega Build Project We are seeking an Engineering Manager for a major project in central Doha, valued at over 4 billion AED (~800 million GBP). The project includes 14 buildings, ranging from mid-rise towers (15-30 storeys) to high-rise (40+ storeys), a major shopping mall, a large-scale mosque, and a bespoke 5-star hotel.The program duration is approximately 2.5 years, with the project team based in central Doha.Ideal candidates will have experience working with main contractors involved in large-scale projects such as hospitals, airports, major hotel brands, high-rise towers, and shopping centres/malls.Candidates should have worked with top-tier contractors on projects exceeding 2 billion AED in the GCC region, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, KSA, and Oman.Responsibilities include managing sizable teams, coordinating, managing subcontractors, engineering reviews, design meetings, and overseeing engineering and site teams. The role reports to the Project Director, who has a track record of high-profile, high-value projects.Requirements: - 20 years of experience with contractors - 5-10 years as an Engineering Manager or similar role - Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management The client offers a package ranging from 50,000 to 65,000 QAR, plus flights and medical benefits.This company has a strong reputation for quality among clients and staff.
