Dermatology Nurse

Overview The Dermatology Nurse reflects the mission, vision, and values of the organization, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. He/She is a registered professional clinical nurse (RN) responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent, evidence-based care for an assigned group of patients, including diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Dermatology nurse adheres to the QCHP/AMNM Scope of Practice and Standards of Professional Nursing, and the Code of Ethics. As a member of the clinical care team, the Dermatology nurse participates in decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to advance patient care, achieve excellent outcomes, and improve unit operations. The Dermatology nurse exemplifies the core components of being an AMNM nurse.Skills required: - Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, physicians, management, staff, and other stakeholders. - Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to use judgment, independent thinking, and creativity in resolving issues. - Proficiency in using computers and selecting software applications; experience with electronic health records (EHR) is preferred.Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (4 years) OR - Diploma in Nursing (3 years post-high school) - Associate degree in Nursing, with licensure as a Registered General Nurse in the country of origin or graduation. - Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage but not essential. - Preferred: Experience in dermatology or related clinical area.Requirements: - CV (including a photo, date of birth, in Word format) - Passport copy - All educational and employment certificates - Valid primary license from the country of origin, if applicable, and eligibility for licensing in Qatar with QCHP - Data Flow screening - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPRBenefits: - Annual economy flight tickets for self - Shared accommodation - Private medical insurance for self - 30 calendar days of annual leave#J-18808-Ljbffr
