Digital Business Service Provides support through operations, technology, and central services, including customer service, payments processing, software development, IT infrastructure, strategic change programs, procurement, and real estate management. Risk and Compliance Oversees risk management and compliance to protect customers, the organization, and market integrity. Risk: Implements a comprehensive risk management framework across the Group. Compliance: Ensures adherence to regulations to safeguard our customers and the organization. Role Purpose The Graduate Programme is an 18-month to 2-year rotational program offering on-the-job training in a dynamic environment for new and recent graduates.
