Hamilton Aquatics Swimming and Training in Qatar is hiring an experienced and driven Swimming Operations Manager to lead and oversee our programmes across Doha. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all operational programmes in Qatar. You’ll manage and support a diverse team of Site Leaders, Swimming Teachers, Squad Coaches, and Lifeguards, ensuring exceptional service delivery and safety standards across all our facilities. Interviews: Ongoing Start Date: September 2025 Key Objectives: Manage the overall swimming operations at all sites to ensure that safety and quality are delivered as per company expectations Achieve operational and financial targets for the region as per the strategy Ensure staff training is completed monthly, and all staff remain compliant Oversee and approve all lesson timetables to ensure pool space and staffing are optimised Work alongside the Head of Operations to seek new business development Produce operational reports and attend management meetings when required Interview, identify and induct new staff recruits Meet with key stakeholders and negotiate contract renewals Work alongside the marketing team to ensure all operations are promoted strongly Perform regular site visits to assess and record the quality of operations Help set up and deliver Hamilton Aquatics competitions in the region Oversee the implementation of health and safety rules and aspects and ensure proper procedures are in place for staff compliance, poolquality and sites' handover Oversee health and safety and child protection incidents when required Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to Embrace and represent company values and standards of excellence Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours Desired Qualifications: Minimum Swim England Qualifications Level 2Teaching Swimming Qualification Desired Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in swim teaching Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the region Proven track record in managing teams Job-Specific Knowledge and Skills: Public speaking IT skills, including using a customer relationship management (CRM) system Customer service and relationship management skills Time management Maintaining confidentiality Confidence and ability to develop relationships Problem solving andconflict resolution What we offer: A tax-free salary of £ 38,000 – 43,000 per annum Private medical insurance and end-of-service benefits.
