Business Excellence Manager (Big4 Experience)
Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Excellence Managerto lead our corporate governance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with strong analytical, process optimization, and governance skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic objectives and KPIs aligned with organizational goals. Lead operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Oversee corporate governance frameworks, policies, and delegation of authority (DOA). Ensure robust internal controls, accountability structures, and performance metrics. Collaborate on enterprise risk strategy, including risk appetite, reporting, and mitigation. Conduct benchmarking and best practice reviews to assess performance gaps. Advise on structure, process improvements, and strategic alignment. Coordinate with internal/external auditors and provide governance support to business units. Lead policy development in areas such as conflict of interest and whistleblowing. Promote integration of risk, performance, and change management. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) preferred. 6–8 years in business excellence, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Big4 consulting or audit backgroundis a strong advantage. Solid knowledge of governance, strategy, risk, and performance management.
