This role involves anticipating guest needs, maintaining the lounge environment, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service in line with our five-star standards.Main responsibilities include: Delivering personalized service to all Club Lounge guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their stay Preparing and serving a selection of complimentary food and beverages, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, in accordance with hotel standards Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the Club Lounge at all times, including setting up and replenishing food and beverage stations Engaging with guests, offering assistance and information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance their experience Observing and responding to guests’ needs promptly and efficiently, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction Collaborating with other departments, such ashousekeeping and culinary, to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
