Bachelor of Hotel Management (Hotel Management)Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description As a Food & Beverage Trainee , you will be responsible for the following duties: Understand the outlet's concept and food and beverage offerings, and be able to explain them to guests.Ensure mise en place is completed each shift and during service, including cleaning tasks and equipment handling.Operate the point of sales system to process orders.Deliver service by understanding guest requirements.Perform tasks in a friendly, courteous, and efficient manner.Upsell services and products to enhance service and revenue.Process MOHG Gift cards and other non-cash payments.Handle billing according to hotel standards and policies.Present dishes in line with hotel standards and food & beverage specifications.Maintain outlet equipment and utensils in good condition.Assist in stock management and organization.Qualifications and Skills Ability to understand guest needs and deliver excellent customer service.Effective organization and multitasking skills.Studying Hospitality / Hotel Management in a recognized global hospitality school.Previous experience in a hotel or luxury customer-focused environment is beneficial.Experience working in a team environment.Experience in F&B is advantageous.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
