Reliability Engineer I

We are looking for a Reliability Engineer Ifor one of our clients with the following details: Location: Doha, Qatar Start Date: ASAP End Date: 31-OCT-2027 Work Status: SINGLE, residential Qualifications and Experience Required: BSc degree in science or a technical field, preferably with certification in Maintenance/Reliability Minimum 8-10 years' experience in petrochemical, refining, Oil & Gas exploration, or similar industry in Maintenance Significant knowledge of offshore plant and equipment and maintenance systems Proficiency with technical manuals, PFDs, P&IDs, Datasheets, Cause and Effect Charts Leadership experience with a strong work ethic, good presentation skills, and ability to communicate technical information effectively Working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Life Analysis, RAM, FMEA, and Reliability/Risk Centered Maintenance tools Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas platforms Results-driven attitude Fluent in English (listening, writing, speaking) with technical vocabulary Proven experience with Computerised Maintenance and Inspection Management Systems (CMIMS), especially SAP PM module Experience in vibration and condition-based monitoring Activities: Drive an incident-free environment within the department and with stakeholders Review and coach Reliability-Centered Maintenance studies to optimize preventive maintenance plans Produce monthly reliability reports highlighting critical equipment issues Analyze monthly reports to improve maintenance backlog and performance Lead Root Cause Analyses and support joint investigations on technical failures Focus on uptime and output losses, prioritize and implement elimination plans Lead obsolescence studies, develop strategies for equipment longevity and sustainability Identify and address top reliability issues affecting production Implement smart reporting from online monitoring sources Support reliability engineering in site design and development Monitor data quality and promote reporting improvements Promote reliability awareness and coach team members Participate in Crisis Response Training and Emergency Situations if required Review and analyze CBM reports, provide summaries and recommendations Update CBM strategies based on latest data and technology advancements If interested, kindly apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
