What you'll do Your role will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the dynamic Operations and Logistics Teams, as well as responsibility for some office upkeep and coordination. The day-to-day Operations Assist Operations team in equipment preparation, loading/unloading of equipment, delivery/collection/pickup of equipment to customer respective warehouses/offices Assist Operations in the submission/collection of documents for signature as required, including document translations Drop and pickup field engineers to and from Heliport for offshore service visits Drop and pickup Viasat visitors/managers from the airport to hotel/office Logistics/Warehousing Provide weekly inventory updates and other logistics functions as needed Receive deliveries and dispatch delivery materials Handle shipping documentation required for submission of CITC, i.e., customs clearance approvals by local Telco regulatory offices Assist in equipment disposals in coordination with Operations Office Coordination Maintain office cleanliness, assist contractors with electrical, AC, and other repairs Monitor office inventory, such as stationery and groceries for office use What you'll need Good MS Word and Excel skills Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Driver's license Basic experience with logistics tasks and customs formalities, including engagement with shipping couriers Willingness to learn and grow What will help you on the job Willingness to learn and develop new skills through involvement in technology operations Ability to go above and beyond for mission-critical tasks EEO Statement Viasat is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating a welcoming and diverse environment.
