Job Description ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Content Specialist to join our team in Qatar. As a key player in our Marketing and Communication department, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence in the Information Technology and Services industry. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be crucial in developing content that aligns with our business goals and engages our target market. Develop and implement content strategies that align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines. Create engaging and original content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with company goals. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for content development. Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and adherence to brand voice. Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach. Manage and maintain the company’s content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all marketing materials. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce multimedia content that supports written materials. Monitor competitor content strategies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation. Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility and website traffics. Develop and maintain brand storytelling frameworks to ensure a consistent narrative across all communications. Required Profile We are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2 - 5 years of experience in as Creative content. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
