Principal Multimedia Specialist

The Principal Multimedia Specialist ensures the integration of AI with multimedia content. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to incorporate multimedia into AI projects, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of digital content and AI initiatives. Responsibilities and Duties Develop and implement strategies for integrating multimedia content with AI technologies. Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and content creators to design and develop AI-driven multimedia solutions. Create, edit, and enhance multimedia content, including video, audio, graphics, and interactive elements, using AI tools and technologies. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and multimedia technologies and apply them to improve content creation and delivery. Conduct research and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of multimedia integration into AI projects. Provide technical support and guidance to content creation teams on the use of AI tools and technologies. Develop and maintain documentation for AI-driven multimedia processes and best practices. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards in all multimedia projects. Monitor and report on the performance and impact of AI-integrated multimedia content. Provide training and support to team members on AI and multimedia integration techniques. Participate in project planning and contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Perform other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the Head of AI Excellence or senior management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Certified Multimedia Specialist) are preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in multimedia content creation, design, or related fields. Experience in integrating AI technologies with multimedia content is highly desirable. Strong proficiency in multimedia creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Blender). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and creativity in content creation. In-depth understanding of multimedia design principles and best practices. Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in multimedia. Knowledge of multimedia frameworks and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
