We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC in Doha, Qatar for a : Main Role Operations: Conduct activities on the deck and helideck at NOC offshore facilities, including loading and off-loading activities, in accordance with approved procedures, guidelines, legislative requirements, and industry best practices.Site Management Support: Assist the site Work Preparator with daily management of materials on the platform, strategic planning, and direction.Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities and champion initiatives to maximize production and injection output while ensuring environmental compliance and process safety.Reporting: Provide the Team Lead with regular performance reports, analysis, and comments. Be accountable for your area of responsibility.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, internal teams, and corporate groups to meet NOC objectives.Process Development: Contribute to the improvement, development, and implementation of department activities, processes, and procedures.Operational Responsibilities Ensure the safe offloading and loading of materials and transfer of personnel on and off supply vessels.Support material control to meet lead times, overseeing transportation of materials.Record shipping and goods movements using NOC-approved documentation and IT systems.Initiate regular clearing and cleaning activities.People Management Promote process safety awareness within your discipline.Provide guidance on company standards, procedures, and guidelines.Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a learning environment.Uphold NOC values and leadership behaviors.Assist Qatari employees in achieving recognized qualifications.Stakeholder Relations Participate in daily communications and coordination with onshore businesses.Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties to meet business and operational objectives.Profile Minimum Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including 5 years offshore experience with on-field equipment in oil & gas or petrochemical plants.Fluent in English (written and verbal).Good interpersonal, organizational skills, and computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.What We Offer Long-term contract with an attractive daily rate, insurance coverage, transportation, and expatriate-standard accommodation.Location Minimum Experience 6 years or more.Required Authorization Fit to work.Languages English (C-Professional working proficiency).SPIE Global Services Energy promotes diversity.
