HVAC Technician

About the role This position is for a Field Technician in Aftermarket and Service, reporting to the Service Supervisor. The technician installs, tests, services, and repairs equipment to meet company operating specifications and customer requirements. Responsibilities include completing daily tasks assigned by the supervisor, maintaining contracts, performing repairs, and handling warranty-related jobs. The role requires moderate experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks as instructed by the Service Supervisor. Key Responsibilities: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for: Receiving daily job schedules from the Service Supervisor and executing them in a timely manner. Completing jobs within the allocated man-hours. Using SYCLO devices to generate/deliver time confirmations, job cards, and EH&S site surveys. Meeting assigned SOIP targets (revenue, utilization, GM, callback rate, EH&S, MFA). Executing assigned jobs. Assisting Senior Technicians as required. Reporting escalated problems and spare parts requirements to the Supervisor. Installing spare parts during service visits. Attending EH&S training sessions and following safety guidelines. Using the correct tools and PPEs appropriately, inspecting, and informing Supervisors of any issues. Maintaining site cleanliness and organization after work completion. Requirements: Candidates must have: A Technical Diploma. At least 3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Good communication skills to understand questions and respond correctly. Customer-focused attitude. Analytical thinking skills.
