Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description: Sales Executive Department: Sales Reporting to: Sales Manager Location: Doha, Qatar Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with experience in building and waterproofing materials to manage and grow sales in the retail market in Qatar. The role involves building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets are achieved for a range of building or waterproofing materials. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell waterproofing materials to retail clients and contractors in Qatar. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new clients. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Provide product information, technical support, and advice to customers. Achieve sales targets by managing accounts effectively and ensuring customer satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. Process orders, quotes, and follow up on payments and deliveries. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery and stock management. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits as needed. Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 6 to 8 years of sales experience in the building materials sector, preferably in Qatar. Proven success in retail sales. Strong knowledge of building materials; waterproofing knowledge is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions. Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Valid Qatar driving license. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with the Qatari retail market and construction industry. Experience with large retail chains, contractors, or developers. Knowledge of current building materials trends and innovations.
