About the Role: As a Chef De Cuisine (Chinese Cuisine), you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Chinese Cuisine Outlet kitchen, with an emphasis on quality and presentation within the guidelines of standardized menus and employee training. Responsibilities: Supervise the restaurant kitchen in the preparation and presentation of all food items in accordance with the hotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines. Help create innovative/modern cuisines that align with the restaurant concept. Attend meetings with the Executive Chef to discuss future business strategy, review ongoing action plans, and participate in other departmental meetings as required. Balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling according to productivity guidelines. Be fully responsible for hiring, managing, and training the kitchen team. Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards. Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Qualifications: Previous leadership experience in the culinary field is required. Experience working with Cantonese or Chinese cuisine, maintaining high standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
