Retail Sales Manager – Parts
Description
Responsible for the overall operation of Retail Parts Business. Ensure price positioning for the department in line with accepted industry standards by innovative strategies with customer focus. Pursuing improvement of quality service to maximize the customer satisfaction. Plan and Implement innovative Marketing and Sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slow-moving items in the inventory in consultation with Parts Director. Planning and Budgeting to gain profit and revenue to achieve Sales goals. Drives the development and implementation of Parts Retail Sales Strategies. Preparing Reports for Parts Sales against the Target. Continuously looking for Business Growth, Plans and initiates action relating to opening of new outlets, or upgrading equipment and operation-expansion. Overseeing Retail Sales including branches and adheres with Company & Principle standards to meet targeted Sales. Train and Develop Sales Staff. Evaluate performance of Sales staff and plan their monthly incentives and career progression based on their KPI. Ensures that subordinates have the required knowledge, skills, competencies and experience in order to reach the Department’s objectives. Attend meetings and trainings as required by the Company and Manufacturer. Maintain safety, security and appearance of allocated assets. Report to management any aspect of company operations deemed to be contrary to company interests and objectives. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering At least 6 years of similar experience in the Automotive Parts (Passenger Vehicles) Skills Desired : Strategic Planning Team Management Decision Making and Problem Solving Business Development Interpersonal Relationship Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
