Job Description As a Beach Guru, you are responsible for ensuring all activities in the Beach & Recreational areas are completed efficiently. Your key responsibilities include: Following all Recreation Department SOPs and task lists. Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining the Recreation Area and back offices. Carrying out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks as assigned. Ensuring equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and secured. Managing towels and laundry supplies to maintain operational stock. Performing additional duties as required, including lateral service in other hotel areas and overnight cleaning. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional behavior on and off duty. Adhering to all company and department policies and procedures. Setting up workstations with necessary supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts. Attending to guest needs courteously and efficiently. Understanding recreation activities and event services thoroughly. Providing amenities services to club and hotel guests as directed. Ensuring amenities are always available for guests. Completing daily task checklists and maintaining cleanliness of work areas. Participating in work-related projects and fostering a strong interdepartmental environment. Having comprehensive knowledge of hotel products, services, sports, and leisure activities. Following proper procedures when handling recreation fees. Being prepared to assume other responsibilities as requested. Driving departmental revenues. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in the same field within the hotel industry. Pleasing personality and focused individual. Ability to handle work pressure and multitask effectively. Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
