CMMS Operator

Job Title: CAFM/CMMS Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented CAFM/CMMS Operator to perform clerical duties related to Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate data records for facilities. Responsibilities: Create accurate asset data input into CAFM/CMMS systems for data records and reports, following company procedures. Ensure correct entry, storage, and maintenance of asset data. Input asset data and planned maintenance into the database. Provide Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) work orders as per the pre-programmed schedule. Raise Reactive Maintenance (RM) work orders for technical staff. Interrogate data records for accuracy, legibility, or damage. Auto-generate reports on PPM and RM activities to monitor status. Generate periodic reports accurately and efficiently for client reporting. Sort, classify, file, and retrieve information according to content, purpose, or numerical order, following the company's filing system. Document materials movement using the computer system. Communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders via Help Desk actions, providing updates on work order statuses. Complete work schedules and follow up with concerned personnel to close completed tasks in the system. Update and close completed tasks in the system. Desired Candidate Profile: Proficiency in Office Computer Applications: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point. Strong clerical and administrative skills. Excellent communication skills.
