Title: Business Development Manager - Qatar Agbizz, our JV partner in Qatar, is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand its services to the Oil & Gas Industry, Maritime, and allied sectors. The candidate will work directly with Agbizz and Eye ROV to promote its solutions. Your Roles & Responsibilities: Achieving the sales targets for the company. Working with Oil & Gas customers, shipping companies, ports, and allied sectors for sales of Eye ROV products and solutions. Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization. Creating techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and other projects. Responsible for post-sales coordination with the client and operations team for execution of work, follow-up for payments after work completion, and maintaining customer relationships. Handling tenders with government, PSU, semi-government, and private companies. Reporting directly to the General Manager. Skills: Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills. Active listening skills, highly consultative, and solution-oriented. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change. Excellent communicator and relationship builder. Ability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product requirements. Fluency in English and Hindi. Added Advantage: Candidates who have worked in the Marine, Shipping, or Oil & Gas Industry. Candidates who have previously worked with ROV or similar products or services. Experience: 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in sales. Location: Qatar Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or related degree. Experience in B2B technical sales.
