Are you an accomplished construction and development leader with a passion for delivering complex real estate projects from concept to completion? We are seeking an experienced Chief Construction and Development Officer(CCDO)to take charge of our growing portfolio of commercial and residential development projects. As our CCDO, you'll play a pivotal role in leading end-to-end real estate development and construction initiatives across the group. This is a high-impact, strategic leadership position that requires deep expertise in project management, construction oversight, feasibility analysis, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation. You will be accountable for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to world-class standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Feasibility Lead feasibility studies to assess financial, environmental, and regulatory factors. Oversee site selection, due diligence, and project viability assessments. 2. Project Management Excellence Prepare detailed business cases and secure executive approval. Build and manage robust project schedules and budgets using best-in-class project management tools. 3. Construction Oversight Review architectural and engineering designs to ensure quality and functionality. Select, manage, and negotiate with vendors and contractors. Enforce rigorous quality control and conduct site inspections. 4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership Lead high-performing cross-functional teams and promote a culture of collaboration. Maintain clear communication with investors, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders. 5. Risk & Compliance Identify and mitigate construction-related risks. Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal building and environmental regulations. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track KPIs and project milestones, providing regular updates to senior leadership and the board. 7. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Drive process enhancements and technology adoption to improve efficiency and outcomes. Support professional development and training within your teams. What you Bring 10+ years of senior leadership experience in construction, project management, or real estate development. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Expert knowledge of construction contracts, permits, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Asana, Gantt charts). A passion for excellence, efficiency, and continuous development.
