Our entrepreneurship and relentless customer focus enable us to grow and expand, responding to the changing needs of our customers within the societies in which we operate.By upholding our values of respect, excellence, collaboration, and integrity, Al-Futtaim Group continues to enrich the lives and aspirations of our customers every day.Overview Of The Role We are currently recruiting experienced Sales Merchandisersfor our Electronics Division.The primary focus of this role is to perform effectively at hypermarket outlets in terms of sales, merchandise display, stock management, cleanliness, and customer care to help achieve sales targets.What You Will Do: Description of Accountability: Achieve monthly sales targets Ensure proper stock replenishment to avoid loss of sales Merchandise products effectively to enhance brand image Ensure stock security at the location Provide sound customer care and service Report quality problems to the service center and Sales Manager Coordinate customer deliveries with concerned staff Monitor competitor activities and stay informed of latest products Identify customer needs, assist with queries, objections, and close sales Maintain all documents/records as required, including LPOs, invoices, and delivery notes Required Skills: Retail and merchandising skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in English; Arabic is preferable Computer literacy Good presentation and personal organization Flexibility and punctuality Self-motivated, reliable, and confident Ability to identify customer needs Qualifications: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field 2-3 years’ experience in a similar sales role, preferably in retail consumer products Strong sales skills Good interpersonal skills Problem-solving abilities Customer-focused attitude We are committed to providing excellent service.
