Description
We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar, for a: Maintenance Method Data Analyst Live and promote an incident-free environment and mindset, encouraging incident-free values within the team and beyond. Support the execution team (Base Ops, CPN/SD & FM) in backlog management. Update and develop maintenance processes. Suggest organizational changes (Base Ops, campaign, shutdown) or master data updates (periodicity, preventive task content) to improve the maintenance backlog. Follow up with execution teams on Base Ops Opportunities Outage and ensure priorities are addressed. Review planning achievements against plans and efficiency against available manpower, proposing improvements. Analyze KPIs issued from the Maintenance Management System. Regularly review and provide input into Preventive Maintenance Strategies to improve quality and delivery optimization. Ensure the maintenance and inspection teams have full visibility of all workload and execution status. Update and analyze KPI data during weekly maintenance and inspection meetings. Support the follow-up and reporting on the SECE dashboard. Profile Ideally, you will have graduated with a minimum of Higher Secondary School Education plus a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent). Relevant work experience: Minimum of 10 years, including at least 5 years offshore experience with on-field equipment in diversified oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants. You are fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. You should possess good interpersonal and organizational skills, along with a good level of computer literacy, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
