Job Description Create a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly and addressing them by name. Contribute to high service standards as outlined in the Standard Operations Manual. Perform quality massage therapies and body treatments as per the Standard Training Manual. Ensure all equipment related to service is functional at all times. Answer all questions related to services and highlight the benefits or advantages of treatments to guests. Assist with demonstrations and events as required. Participate in training and refresher programs as needed. Update the Therapist Log Book regularly. Complete all assignments by the deadlines set by the spa manager or supervisor. Respond to changes as directed by the company.
