Our after-sales brand, MAN Prime Serv, offers a vast network of service centers globally. We Can Offer You The Following Tasks Commissioning of rotating equipment. Leading and independently executing inspections of Heavy-duty Gas Turbines and accessories. Assisting technicians during the commissioning phase, ensuring proper and safe operation by evaluating running parameters and troubleshooting control system issues. Writing accurate professional reports and acting as a single point of contact for customers and stakeholders. Using company e-tools to retrieve technical documents, management packing lists, bills of material, and drawings. Leading and executing assembly/installation and alignment of equipment, including foundation and soft foot checks. Ensuring all field activities are conducted safely, complying with environmental health & safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures. Performing commissioning, standard maintenance, repairs, and services on various machines according to guidelines. Overhauling engines, pumps, turbo machinery, etc. Executing Last Minute Risk Analysis (LMRA) on-site before work begins. Using PPE correctly and adhering to all HSE policies. Preparing assemblies for upcoming service assignments, including identifying spare parts, checking for completeness, and allocation. Collecting technical data such as work procedures, drawings, spare parts, and materials. Determining assembly procedures on-site according to work instructions, coaching technicians, and acting as a technical contact. Providing expert support to MAN ES and third-party customers within guidelines, including assembly/disassembly and component overhauls. Supporting site findings, such as spare parts advice and condition documentation, often in English. Creating reports and analyzing maintenance data with software tools like Microsoft Office, suggesting improvements. Reporting incidents, accidents, and near-misses per procedures. Ensuring completion of timesheets post-service jobs. Participating in ongoing training and information exchange. Implementing maintenance and HSE policies per MAN standards and Code of Conduct using various tools. Qualifications Needed Bachelor’s degree in instrumentation engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rotating equipment maintenance and services. Experience with machinery rotor commissioning, cross-sectional drawings, and system commissioning. Proficiency in Turbo Log, PCS7, Bentley Nevada System 1, CSI, and fault analysis techniques. Strong understanding of rotating equipment principles, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
