SR. BUDGET & RECOVERY CONTROLLER

Primary Purpose of the Job Overall responsibility of preparing, managing and controlling Department Budget and prepare precise/timely cost reports to the manager after constant monitoring the expenditure status in comparison to the approved Budget, monitor, back charges to third party contractors & Joint Ventures and processing of invoice payment to contractors. Required Experience and Skills8 years in an advanced Financial Accounting position preferably in budgeting, costing, planning related activities in the oil and gas industry. Including at least 3 years in a commercial position related to cost & planning. SAP R3 knowledge. Skilled in the use of PC with hands on knowledge of various software like MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point. Educational Qualifications Bachelor or Master of Commerce (B-Com) specialized in Financial Accounting & Reporting with CMA, CPA or equivalent certification in Advanced Professional Accounting, Cost Engineering and Systems Analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
