The HR Officer – Operationsis responsible for supporting the HR operations team in executing daily HR tasks, including managing employee data, assisting with payroll, and administering benefits. This role serves as a frontline HR contact, ensuring smooth operations and addressing employee needs while maintaining compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave, and retirement plans. Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues. HR Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve service delivery. Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Operational Accuracy and Efficiency: KPI: Accuracy of employee data management. KPI: Timeliness of payroll processing and benefits administration.Employee Support and Satisfaction: KPI: Response time to employee queries and issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles.
