The Role We are seeking an energetic, tenacious negotiator, and a positive team player to join our team in Qatar. As our Area Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our portfolio of hotel, beach club, and fitness partnerships, opening new doors, and elevating our existing network. Responsibilities Monitor and assess the designated area landscape To identify opportunities to expand our portfolio of partners Stay well-informed on all area developments and trends, and proactively respond to them. Provide comprehensive and relevant insights continuously that contribute to business growth Assess market and competitor movements Regularly analyze and share insights on competitors including their partnerships and activities Manage and strengthen key partnerships Cultivate and strengthen existing partnerships to ensure retention and growth Explore opportunities to drive more value and improve relationships Oversee daily operations at key partners Ensure we run smooth operations and support partners at all times Share operational insight reports on a regular basis with the Regional Manager Personality Cultivates authentic relationships with a strong desire for genuine connections. Analyzes data and market trends effectively. Requirements Education Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or related industry. Demonstrated success in negotiating and managing partnerships with a track record of achieving mutually beneficial agreements. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on face-to-face interactions. Ability to navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders. Skills and competencies Candidate must be either native English or fluent English speaking. Proven experience in successfully handling diverse personality types in negotiations and partnership management. Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable outcomes in a variety of scenarios. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to think on your feet during face-to-face negotiations. Candidate must be either native English or fluent English speaking.
