Description

Subject matter experts responsible for delivering training sessions according to established curriculum standards. Positions Available: 2 positions in rotation: 28 days x 28 days 1 position as resident status: 6 days per week Qualifications for HSE Instructors/Facilitators: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field OR NEBOSH International Certificate OR NEBOSH Oil & Gas Certificate. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas. Profound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and best practices relevant to the oil and gas offshore industry. Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, with a focus on interactive and engaging instructional methodologies. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and accurate training materials. Ability to adapt training content to address the varying needs and learning styles of participants. Language proficiency: Proficiency in English for all Instructors/Facilitators and Administrative Coordinator; Proficiency in Hindi for the resident Instructor/Facilitator. Knowledge of Urdu and Malayalam would be advantageous. Certified Health and Safety Professional (CHSP) or equivalent certification preferred. Additional certifications in training and instructional design are advantageous. Medically fit to travel offshore on request. Role and Responsibilities of Instructors/Facilitators: Under the direction of NOC HSEQ/OSSM and in collaboration with L&D Department: Develop and deliver comprehensive health, safety, and environmental training programs. Design engaging and interactive training materials. Conduct training sessions onshore and offshore. Assess training effectiveness and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Provide guidance and support to employees and supervisors.
