Key Responsibilities Develop original, creative, and engaging content for radio shows, segments, and promotions. Research and incorporate trending topics, events, and listener preferences. Brainstorm innovative ideas to captivate diverse audiences. Write scripts for advertisements, and special features. Ensure all scripts align with the station's tone and target audience. Adapt content for various formats, including interviews, talk shows, and entertainment segments. Monitor trends in social media, pop culture, news, and entertainment for relevant programming ideas. Collaborate with the team to integrate fresh and engaging ideas into daily shows. Create content and scripts fluently in both English and Malayalam. Tailor language style and tone to suit diverse audiences and regional sensibilities. Work closely with radio presenters, producers, and the creative team to ensure high-quality content. Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to align radio content with broader campaigns. Edit and proofread scripts for clarity, grammar, and flow. Ensure all content adheres to broadcasting standards and guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and scriptwriting, preferably for radio. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong creative flair. Comprehensive understanding of radio programming and audience engagement strategies.
