Sound Knowledge of Employee's welfare issues in Qatar Labor law and Supreme committee standards. Counselling to workers, maintaining workers welfare issue and independently handling workers grievance issue Conduct various training program to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers to settle grievances of workers assist management to shape labor policies and enlighten workers about them. Computer literate. - Fluent in English (read, write and speak) : Arabic (not mandatory) - Good problem-solving Skills - Able to prioritize, organize and manage own work - Demonstrate initiative in taking on extra tasks - Effective communicator Attractive Package Ability to commute/relocate: - Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
